Après sa séparation d'avec Jin Hun Park, Un Jin Moon s'est éloignée du mouvement et s'est remariée civilement. Elle a épousé Rodney Jenkins, un célèbre cavalier de saut d'obstacles américain (July 3, 1944 – December 5, 2024) en 1998 lors d'une cérémonie privée en Virginie. Ils ont eu ensemble 2 fils : Matthew Jenkins et Ty Jenkins (fin des années 1990 / début 2000).

Jenkins was married to Patricia Perry; they have three children and later divorced. He was also married to and divorced from Victoria Graves. He later married Un Jin Moon, and they have two children.

Known as the Red Rider for his wavy red hair, Jenkins excelled at the hunter and jumping rings. In the hunter rings — inspired by the sport of fox hunting — horses are judged on their style, look and manner as they move at a deliberate pace and jump over fences.
In the other rings, jumpers are scored on their ability to clear taller fences as quickly as possible without knocking down rails; if they do, faults are added to the total score.
